ACCT values your feedback on the conduct of its attorneys. Please complete the following form to notify us of any complaints.
Important: ACCT leadership will not direct an attorney on how to advocate for a child in which he or she is the appointed guardian ad litem. This form is for purposes of program evaluation and to alert the board of incompliance with standards.
Standards
- Visit children in case once between court hearings, if age appropriate. If child placed more than two hours away, phone contact is acceptable.
- Attend & participate in all court hearings
- Attend & participate in all FSTs
- Attend IEP/BIP meetings & school disciplinary hearings.
