Important: ACCT leadership will not direct an attorney on how to advocate for a child in which he or she is the appointed guardian ad litem. This form is for purposes of program evaluation and to alert the board of incompliance with standards.

Visit children in case once between court hearings, if age appropriate. If child placed more than two hours away, phone contact is acceptable.
